To give you a safe feeling when buying a hair extension, we offer a voluntary 3-month warranty on all our extensions.
The prerequisite for this is the purchase and use of our care set, which has been specially designed for our extensions: click here for the care set.
Global Extend offers a voluntary warranty of 3 months from the date of purchase. In case the purchased extensions get matted or knotted, the supplier will provide a replacement. For this purpose, the customer must return the extensions completely to Global Extend - before new extensions are delivered. The provider reserves the right to refuse a replacement delivery in case of improper handling or wilful damage of the extensions. Global Extend's care instructions must be followed from the first day of wearing the hair extensions.
Claims for replacement are limited to the extensions only, not to the attachment and removal of the hair extensions or any other costs that may be associated with the hair extensions.
The warranty only applies if the Global Extend care set was purchased together with the extensions. The care set consists of 2x shampoo, 2x hair treatment, 1x argan oil, 1x heat protection spray and 1x detangler spray. The customer agrees to use only the care series of Global Extend. The use of foreign care products will void the warranty. If a certain product is indispensable for the customer, e.g. for health reasons, this must be agreed with Global Extend. An exception is possible, but must be confirmed by Global Extend in writing or by e-mail.
Claims for replacement are only valid if the extensions are unusable and unacceptable. Normal wear and tear in the form of color fading, dryness, split ends and hair breakage are excluded from the warranty. The provider does not give any guarantee on the waves and curls of the extensions - here the customer has to take care himself that the curls are preserved (the customer service of Global Extend can gladly give tips on this). The warranty does not apply to hair extensions that have been treated by the customer with color, tint, bleach or perm. Any warranty claims due to allergies to foreign hair and connection points are excluded. The customer is obligated to obtain information about incompatible substances from Global Extend Customer Service prior to purchase.
The warranty does not affect the consumer's warranty rights.
